Remember “Kicking and Screaming in White Plains NY”? Well, this property went on the market on April 26, 2012 after 9 months of very hard work. After receiving multiple offers they signed contracts on May 4 for $20k over asking price.

Needless to say, they are more than delighted. And when I received this note in the mail today, so was I:

Dear Joanna,

Your incredible vision and all the support you gave us during this difficult time made the process of getting our house ready for the market, relatively painless.
