Millpond Estates in New Port Richey Florida has homes, villas and condos. Each complex has it's own unique personality and lifestyle. The location gives you easy and quick access to Tampa and to the Clearwater area. Lots of shopping, health facilities and schools are located near by.

  • Millpond Estates is single family homes and a section of villas.
  • The villas have no age restrictions but there is a limit on pets (2) and pet weight (under 25lbs) HOA fees are approx. $120/mo. Fees include basic cable, lawn maint, exterior painting, roof escrow.
  • Millpond Lakes is a 3 story condo complex with elevators. Many of them overlook the lake. HOA fees are approx $246/mo which includes basic cable, building exterior, community pool, building insurance. 2 small pets (25lbs) are allowed. There are also free-standing villas with garages that run $165/mo includes basic cable, exterior maintenance.
  • Millpond Trace is a condo complex and has 2 floors except for the end units on each building which do not have a second floor over them. HOA fees are approx. $240/mo. which includes basic cable, building maint, escrow reserves, outside maint, trash pick-up and pest control. Both condos and villas have access to the master pool and clubhouse.
