- Millpond Lakes is a 2 or 3 story condo complex with elevators. Many of them overlook the lake. HOA fees are approx $246/mo which includes basic cable, building exterior, community pool, building insurance. 2 small pets (25lbs) are allowed. There are also free-standing villas with garages that run $165/mo includes basic cable, exterior maintenance.
- Millpond Trace is a condo complex and has 2 floors except for the end units on each building which do not have a second floor over them. HOA fees are approx. $240/mo. which includes basic cable, building maint, escrow reserves, outside maint, trash pick-up and pest control. Both condos and villas have access to the master pool and clubhouse.
