The graph shows home prices for Delaware County, Ohio single family, resale homes for the past 15 months through May 2012. The green line as average list price (homes for sale) and the average red line shows sold homes. 

I would expect the sale prices (red line) on the graph to show a clearer line upward, more like the Franklin County, Ohio home prices graph.  It is very hard to find a home in some southern Delaware County, Ohio  neighborhoods.

• Average list price - $373,000
• Average sale price - $272,000

Delaware County, May 2012 single family resale home sales were up 14.4% from May 2011 and up 11.9% from April 2012.  The number of homes for sale in Delaware County, Ohio in May 2012 was down 24.2% from a year ago.  

The average sale prices of a Delaware County home (single family resale) was up 3.8% from May 2011.  The May 2012 average sale prices of a Delaware County home (again single family resale) was down 4.2%  from April 2012. 

Delaware County, Ohio communities and school districts:

Delaware County, Ohio communities include Delaware, Galena,  Lewis Center, Ostrander, Powell and Sunbury.  There is a small part of southern Delaware County, in the City of Columbus, the Polaris area.  Many Delaware County homes are in unincorporated areas  including Berlin, Concord, Delaware, Genoa, Liberty and Orange townships.

The four school districts in Delaware County, Ohio include the Delaware City School District:

Big Walnut Local School District

Buckeye Valley Local School District

Olentangy Local School District

There are Delaware County homes and neighborhoods in Dublin and Westerville school districts as well.  Those homes are included in the graph.
