Thank you for saying time and again, the world does not revolve around me but that I do matter.
Thank you for teaching me honesty because it is the right thing to do even if it means standing alone.
Thank you for making me do my chores over and over so that I knew the difference between mediocre and a job done well.
Thank you for giving me what was needed not everything wanted in order to gain appreciation through hard work.
Most of all, thank you for being my mom. I am who I am today through your efforts and teachings. And am so very proud to say that you have been most influential in my life, for without you I wouldn't and couldn't.

My mom left this earth 2 years ago and through she may not be here to see, to hear, to hold, she is constantly with me...but oh how I'd love a hug from her. I love you mom.
