Vancouver Home Staging-Vacant Condo Before & After Photos

When our Home Staging company arrived at this vacant condo, situated in North Vancouver, B.C., near Lonsdale Quay, we were uninspired by the beige walls and empty, cold looking rooms. This condo needed to be shaken up with colour, to appeal to a young, hip, buyer demographic.

Of course, we are always inspired by what we see outside the windows, and in this case, this condo had a gorgeous view of the North Shore mountains, with a glimpse to the ocean and downtown city views beyond. Due to its location, we decided to set the stage, using soft blues and an ocean theme.

This condo is priced right, has a fabulous location with a high walking score, and is now staged for a great presentation. Staged homes will stand out in the MLS® listings, where the next condo is only a mouse click away. Here are some Before & After shots...

Maureen - We are certainly hoping for SOLD!!! The views really are amazing, and I don't have a shot of it, but you can also see the ocean and Lonsdale Quay, which is a huge bonus.

Linda - If anyone could spot an animal print, it's you! Those stools were such a great find. They have that industrial chic look.

Marie - The stools are a cow hide with zebra pattern stamped on. Very cool, indeed. Don't you just love creating functional areas like dining areas out of a corner of the room? Very satisfying.

Shar - Talk about an "elephant in the room"! Hey, don't stop, keep on going...

Anna - I knew you'd check back!!! Yes, adding furniture actually makes a room look larger.

Janice - Thank you! Actually, what I didn't mention was that this condo had really awkward walls. You can't tell by the photos, but the windowed wall in the living/dining area actually jutted out like a triangle. I think the architect had a field day. Needless to say, it would have been very confusing to buyers to figure out how to set up the furniture. So voila, we solved the puzzle for them!
