9,300 sq. ft. total of terraces and gardens, beachside heated pool & spa, fire pit, water fountain. Controlled entry building access, secured reserved parking, high speed internet, surround sound system, owner storage.

Of course, this luxury comes with relatively high maintenance for the area, where a two bedroom unit runs $545 or $548 a month depending on the unit and goes to $746 for a very large three-bedroom unit.

Pet lovers will enjoy it. If you do not plan to make it your primary residence and will use only occasionally, you may consider renting it while you are not there. Ocean Vistas offers the most liberal rental restriction of 1 week minimum, which is extremely rare for Daytona area condos.
