This weeks market report for San Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 2.2 percent, for new homes it is up 6.2 percent and for resale condos up 8.4 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 17.1 percent and up 15.0 percent on condos and down 16.0 percent for new homes.

• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 11.0 percent and the sales volume is up 68.2 percent.
• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 7.0 percent and the sales volume is up 27.1 percent.
• Aliso Viejo sales prices are down 5.7 percent and the sales volume is up 45.1 percent.
• Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 6.9 percent and the sales volume is up 19.2 percent.
• Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 5.1 percent and the sales volume is down 6.8 percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 20.7 percent and the sales volume is up 22.2 percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 7.0 percent and the sales volume is up 30.4 percent.

Now we are seeing the positive numbers coming from the statistics all across the board. We have a slight recovery here now.  Lets keep it going.
