Here in Texas, REALTORS® understand how important the housing market is to our economy and our communities.We are frustrated by the lack of financing available for qualified borrowers.We are concerned by proposals that would take away time-honored tax benefits for homeownership.We are discouraged when proposed regulations arise that would only further stifle an already hard hit industry.
The most frustrating thing for REALTORS® is when people writing the rules in Washington don't understand our industry.
