VB, well I have to admit that this photo caught my interest. I'm a little surprise not to see any birds making use of what looks like a great resting place for them.
Hello Nick ... I understand what your saying and I never thought of this until you mentioned it. It's possible that the museum may have very-very low voltage running through this sculpture to keep birds off, it doesn't hurt them but does the job!

VB, taking it to the next step Oldenburg and Bruggen leave enlarged footprints of their ingenious work throughout the World. Such fun exhibits to view! Hope that no diaper is planned here to add to the fun they display. The deYoung Museum has quite a renowned reputation too, thank you.
