Mop Tops (No, Not Those Famous British Guys) Amaranthus Bicolor

These are so pretty and so unusual to see. They are Amaranthus Bicolor (Molten Fire) and massed together they are stunning.

These are on display at Epcot during the Flower and Garden Show in April/May.

Those red colored tops are the foliage; not flowers. They change as they age.
