For you first time homebuyers: There are currently 25 properties between $50,000 and $200,000. Most are in "short sale pending" status with the rest being a mix of short sales, bank owned or  regular "straight sales". If you fall into this price range, you'll need to have all your bases covered by having already gotten a pre-approval from a lender. Search Tualatin homes for sale between $200,000 and $350,000

For those that are ready to move to the next price range of homes for sale between $200,000 and $350,000., your going to find less short sales and more "straigt sales" to work with. There are only 37 total (including short sale pendings), so still not a lot to choose from as of today.The majority of these homes are in the large middle section of Tualatin and typically built in the seventies. At the higher end of this price range you can find some new contruction and homes built in the 1980's and 90's.

The next price range is from $350,00 to $450,000. In this price range, again, most homes are straight sales. You can get some really nice new construction and well as some larger homes over 2000 square feet in the 108th area back by Ibach park, Fox Hill, Hedges creek and other neighborhoods.

There is not much on the market in this price range right now..currently about fourteen homes. You start into the higher end homes at this price point and into some of the neighborhoods that are the highest price point in Tualatin, like Victoria Woods. Most people in this price range will need to sell their home first. Oh..what to do..sell first or buy a home with a contingent offer. Hard decision and that's for another blog.

Oh to live in a grand home! This price range puts you in that Street of Dreams category of home. Most homes in this price range are in the "country" areas of Tualatin off of Grahams Ferry Rd or Stafford Rd. These "estates" can run in up to $2,790,000 which is the highest priced home in Tualatin with 8400 square feet, on 5 acres.
