City of Carlsbad, California Offers Assistance To Carlsbad Seniors.
The City of Carlsbad wants
its older residents to know they have a low cost way to get a ride to a
doctor's appointment, lunch with friends or the store with the city
senior center’s transportation service.
The goal of the program,
which arranges for about 400 transportation trips a month, is to make
it as easy as possible for seniors to stay active, healthy and social.
"It's about friends, food and
fun, and that's what we do here," he said. Click here
