it’s been proven scientifically that a positive thought has hundreds of times more power to attract than a negative thought. So, in other words, when you think, act, and feel about what you want, you are FAR more likely to get it than if you do the opposite!
One of the best ways of continually thinking about what you do want is by having something around you to remind you of it. Having a step-by-step action plan or daily planner is one way. Many people (especially athletes) visualize what they want in various ways, one of which is having pictures of what they want they can regularly look at.
When they look at a picture of something they strongly desire, they send out the emotion to the world, and the more they do it, the world eventually answers that emotion by manifesting something of like emotion in their life. The more they focus on a specific, exact thing they want, the more likely they are to attract that exact thing into their life.
So when it comes to real estate, when you focus on working with people who live in your farm neighborhood, and spend your time trying to help and give to them, you’ll keep attracting more of the same types of local people. But if you keep a generalist outlook, branding yourself and your website as a generalist real estate professional covering many different areas, you’re far less likely to get leads because your attention is too spread out.
