Seriously, though...Richard is a terrific agent and knows Mission Viejo "almost" as well as I do. I know his clients benefit from his expertise and are in great hands.
Enjoy this post about our Lake Mission Viejo
Lake Misson Viejo FactsThere are many little known facts about Lake Mission Viejo and here's our chance to share some of them.
That's a pretty big deal because I got married on The Queen Mary and happen to know that it's 1019.5 feet long or about 1/3 the length of Lake Mission Viejo. ;-)
The lake officially opened on June 3, 1978 with a surface area of 124 acres and the deepest part of the lake is about 70 feet. Lake Mission Viejo is one of the few man-made lakes that's clean enough for both swimming and fishing. The lake is continually monitored to assure that the high quality of water is maintained and any problems are dealt with immediately. Old tires and broken concrete were placed at the bottom of the lake to create artificial reefs for fish. The lake is regularly stocked with trout, while bass, catfish, sunfish and bluegill are generally able to maintain their own numbers. Here's a couple more facts about Lake Mission Viejo located in Orange County, California.
