Motivational Power Quote
Play the Hand You Were Dealt
“Life consists not in holding good cards, but in playing those you hold well.”
Jose Billings 1818 – 1865, American Humor Writer, Lecturer
As I see it . . . . . . .
Play the hand you were dealt
Life is not always fair . . . . But you have to play the hand you were dealt.
You may not like the cards you’re holding . . . . And can sit and complaining and whining about the hand you were dealt . . . . But guess what you’re still holding the same hand. Nothing good happens by complaining and whining.
Be proactive and decide to make the best of your conditions and play the hand you were dealt to the best of your ability.
Your may not be able to control the cards you’re dealt . . . . But you are in control of the way you play the hand you were dealt. You are also in control of your attitude . . . . And the attitude about the cards you’re holding will make a big difference in the way you play your cards.
With a possibility attitude you will find a way to effectively play your cards and to turn it into a winning hand.
Play the hand you were dealt . . . . The best you can and play the hand . . . . With positive expectations and play your hand to succeed.
