Good morning Sally and David - this is such a great way to share ideas. Here are two that we're implementing this year. First,we're increasing our networking along not only established venues like BNI but also in less formal ways - handshaking and card giving out. Secondly, we're increasing our direct mail campaign with Just Solds and Just Listeds for all of our sales and listing this year - size of the farm market to be determined by the home.

Sally & David all I have done is to change the wording of the letters I send out.  I have tried all different forms of trying to get listings and I have found the letter to be superior to all the other things I've tried.

You guys always come up with the greatest ideas....love this one.  I just read Barbara's above me and I guess I should start doing that more too!  See, learned something already ! I will continue to GIVE BACK to animal shelters or rescues in my clients names each closing, as well as Children's Miracle Network. I will continue to post each day (not 10 a week though lol) on AR.  I always send out handwritten thank you notes to my clients at closing, as well as thanksgiving and xmas too.

Sally/David, You're right, it doesn't always have to be for points. Larry & I will continue to Pay It Forward throughout 2013 just as we've done in the past. As far as business is concerned, we are going to start mailing postcards on a regular basis again. It's something we used to do and somehow lost track for a while...

Sally & David- I'm going to quit saying I need to spend more time interacting in social media and actually set a timer each day for "X" minutes on Google+, Linked In, Pinterest and FB. I too would have reblogged this but it's Members Only.

I plan on getting back on track with blogging, both in AR and my Little Egg Harbor blog.  I got so busy that these items took a backseat.  I know if I don't get back to it in a consistent manner, I won't be busy next year!

I will be teaching the Craigslist Challenge 2013 to multiple offices over the next few days. 

We at KW do not get paid to do this but we openly share and help each other and work as a family to be the most successful real estate company in the world and that is just our culture.

That is unless you consider that we PROFIT SHARE from the success of our company so passively the more successful I can make my family members, the more my PROFIT SHARE will be.

Hi Sally and David...Yesterday I mailed a Christmas card to my clients with my SendOut Cards account. I have my family, friends, clients and others in my send out database...Great Tool to keep in touch with them all easily, with a personal card for thanks you's, birthdays and even how are you.

Yes..I'll also be on Google+ commenting to up the Google Juice with my AR posts.

Great idea to share our goals and thoughts. 

In 2013, I vow to stop treating my website like a second class citizen and give it some regular love (always have more fun on ActiveRain).

I will send out more postcards, because like everyone else, I see that they work and I have gotten away from them.

I will stay in better contact with my 'client source,' ie. my past clients. If I look back over the years, my original farm and my past clients have been my strongest and steadiest source of clients.
