EZ One Price Cleaners $1.99 Dry Cleaning Buckhead now open - Picture copyright of Michelle Francis, Buckhead RealtorBuckhead’s newest Drycleaners EZ One Price Cleaners just opened off Roswell Rd across from Chastain Square (Publix) in November 2012.  It’s the best deal you will find for Drycleaning in Buckhead.  All clothing items are $1.99 with the exception of men’s dress shirts which are only $1.49.  Tim Francis Realty is thrilled to share this with you as we appreciate a deal any day!

EZ One Price Cleaners $1.99 Dry Cleaning Buckhead now open - Picture copyright of Michelle Francis, Buckhead RealtorEZ One Price Cleaners also offer household cleaning on items such as comforters and small rugs which is $19.99 per item.  Now located in the old Benjamin Moore Paint Store location, you can’t miss their bright yellow building.  All new equipment and three check-in stations greet you when you walk in to drop off your laundry.

There is not a drive through, as they shared with this pricing model, that would be too costly and change the price EZ One Price Cleaners could offer to clients..  I met an owner from Virginia and this is the EZ One Price Cleaners $1.99 franchise’s first Atlanta location.  They picked Buckhead since it is a high end area.

Today I dropped off two jackets and a women’s dress shirt.  I will follow-up and let you know my results after getting my dry-cleaning back.  I will tell you my wallet liked it, $5.97 paid at drop-off.

Where do you go for a good deal in dry-cleaning in Buckhead?

Laura,

We were thrilled when the sign went up last week.  We paid $16 for a sheer blouse and the under camisole recently and wondered why the heck we were dry cleaning anything:-)

All the best, Michelle

Commercial cleaners are not just for those delicate weaters and coats, they also have equipment large enough to do bulky items that most household appliances do not have the capacity for....

Michelle-Better jump on those prices quickly. I don't think I've seen prices like that for dry cleaning in several years.

Those are indeed great prices. I try not to purchase anything that needs dry cleaning because of all of the chemicals..........

Michelle I used a similar cleaners earlier this year and I thought they did really good work. The distance was a bit much for me to do it on a regular basis, but hey, who doesn't like to save money.

I will say that I dropped off my stuff there this morning, two dresses and two jackets. I was excited when this place opened because it was super convenient to get to and you really can't beat the prices. When I went to pick them up tonight, they had the manager come out and talk to me. When they cleaned the dresses (one has been dry cleaned multiple times), the colors bled, and not just the blacks and whites of the dresses, but a light pink. The manager said it had to be a manufacturing problem and in my opinion took no responsibility for a mistake that was most likely his. I was very disappointed when I left and will not be returning.

Michelle, the problem I've had in Silicon Valley taking my dress shirts to the least expensive cleaner is they come back with missing or broken buttons including the collar buttons.  They'll sew buttons back on, but it's a bit of a hassle and sometimes the buttons don't match perfectly.  So check your buttons before you leave the cleaners with your just-cleaned clothes.

I saw your comment on Joan Cox's post.  You mentioned setting-up an offer deadline date and I want to encourage you to do that if you expect multiple offers.  When the market gets hot, that's what most agents do out here and it works better than first-come, first-serve.  The offer deadline date is put into the confidential MLS remarks. Don't accept "pre-emptive" offers before that date because it's not fair to other agents  We put all disclosures, reports and pre-listing inspections on a website (or offer to e-mail them) so buyers can read them prior to their offer.   To me, it creates order where there was chaos and pushy agents and it helps the seller get the best offer the market will bear.  And everyone knows and understands the rules.   It also stops the mindless rush of first-come, first-served.  But, if the market isn't there, it won't create offers and you could lose negotiating leverage if you don't get any offers. If you don't get any offers, change your remarks and wipe the egg off your face.  So the market conditions need to be right.  The End.

They do a wonderful job. They have great service I only have a complaint about one of the employees that was taking my information and talking on her cellphone thought it was rude of her.

There is a place near the Gambrills RE/MAX location called Zippers or One Zip that advertises this concept in the DC area.
