Thanks Jaime, ROI is always important in any business, it does get difficult to determine with some of those pipeline filling internet prospecting projects though.

Bob, there really is no way to project the actual ROI when it comes to the long term pipeline prospects… so you just have to make sure whatever you are investing in is at least giving you quality people who will eventually have a Real Estate need to add to your pipeline… even if the phone number is bad but the email address is good… with the right follow up system, those folks will come back to you if you are sending good materials when they are ready to purchase or sell. You just need to focus on building up your pipeline/database so eventually… the feast or famine cycle ends and you can work smarter not harder J
