This weeks market report for San Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 14.3 percent, for new homes it is up 10.6 percent and for resale condos up 15.1 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 24.1 percent and up 25.9 percent on condos and up 29.2 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 3.0 percent and the sales volume is up 42.3 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 1.6 percent and the sales volume is up 21.8 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 13.5 percent and the sales volume is up 31.3 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 24.2 percent and the sales volume is up 37.5 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are down 0.0 percent and the sales volume is up 20.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 19.5 percent and the sales volume is up 100.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 8.8 percent and the sales volume is down 2.0 percent.
This week we see all these cities doing well. Note San Clemente zip code 92672 is doing very well yet 92673 is the only one here that showed a negative sales volume. Interesting all within one city.
