Monday 010713 Unique Shot of the Day in Atlantis, FL
It is a bird, it’s a plane it’s SMD (Super Muscovy Duck) on a limb. I have to admit to love living in such a place to witness nature at its best. These ducks which I have simply named, my boys visit us all day long, since I feed them and are attracted to my small bird feeder as well. When they are in flight and the sound they make is quite something to see similar to a small aircraft landing at the local airstrip. The kicker here is you very seldom see them in trees, especially with the challenges of holding onto a branch.
