The Smart Phones Are So Smart!
I was quite surprised at the cost of my new Samsung Galaxy S3 phone, but, I have to say, this was a great purchase. I love being able to speak my text messages, talk about a time saver! I can now send a response to my client’s text messages prior to receiving their next text.
I have transitioned from using my paper calendar to using the calendar on my phone. I have my schedule with me no matter where I am with no need to wait to get back to the office to check what I have scheduled for the next hour, day, or week.
I now use my phone as a hot spot, I don't have to wait for my laptop computer to power up to use the stick to access the internet. It only costs an additional fifteen dollars a month to use my phone as a hot spot (a savings of over thirty-five dollars a month over the cost of the stick) and I can use my tablet to access the internet no matter where I am! Up until now, I have not been able to even use my tablet to connect to the MLS when out on showings.
Using my phone to access my email when I am waiting for an appointment or for a showing, means I have been able to keep more current with my email responses. I have also been able to work on my Facebook account right from my phone.
I know the longer I have this phone, the more I will learn to do with it and the more time it's going to save me. If you don't have one of these phones, I highly recommend you check them out.
