SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!

Sold, Sold, Sold!   Those are the words we realtors like to hear on a regular basis.  In 2012 National Home Sales were on the rise.  In the greater Nashville area, sales were up in December by 20% and November by 38% over the previous year.  Our problem here in Nashville is we are low in inventory.  We have buyers, but home inventory is reduced to 15,000 homes on the market.  In the year 2010 we closed the year with slightly over 22,000 homes on the market.  This low inventory is causing prices to rise as demand is high and inventory is low.  Multiple offer situations are occurring more often than desired.
