My IT professional works at a large IT firm in the Research Triangle Park in Raleigh North Carolina. Knowing that I have experience in this field, one day I got a call from him:
"Nevin, I'm sick of it. I have been wanting to buy a home and after spending a lot of time researching, I can't seem to find what I am looking for. What can I do?"

Dr. Craig dug through his toolbag and immediately called,
"Nurse!" 
"I need you to get the patients vital signs and prepare for surgery. This can't wait!"
So I checked our patients vital signs, and verified he didn't need a bed pan or blood transfusion, he just needed a thorough pre approval. After a thorough examination of his income, assets and credit score we were ready for surgery.
Doctor Craig spent 20 grueling hours in surgery and afterward, success! Our patient has recovered and was discharged from the apartment and able to go HOME. His home!
