I first "met" Marianne by reading her Home Staging Blog. I loved seeing the before and after photos. The "after" photos were always looked like how I wished my home looked. Not long after I found Marianne's blog, I ran into other agents who used her staging services and buyers who used her interior design services. Shortly before Christmas this past year, I received a direct mail postcard from Marianne. The postcard was for her staging services but I knew someone who needed her interior design services.....me! My husband had asked me what I wanted for Christmas and what I needed was for my office to be done over.
My office is in my house and it was the one room that had not been touched since we moved in ten years ago. It was crowded and cramped and in need of a facelift. I contacted Marianne right away and she helped me pick the perfect colors, had great suggestions for how to use and re-claim some of the space and has helped with the accessories to make it a bright and welcoming space. But that is a story for another blog post!
Not only is Marianne talented but she offers a variety of service levels to meet your budget. If you think you cannot afford to hire a home stager, I say you cannot afford NOT to! And if you think you cannot afford an interior designer, a one hour consultation is quite affordable and will be well worth it.
