Sales numbers are up; prices are up in both single-family and condo/villas categories. Days to Close is shorter. Looks like things are turning around but if you're thinking of selling, I would advise you to call a professional real estate agent for a view of your market area. Each area can be different.

Hi Toni, It sure is nice for a change to see things moving firmly in the right direction. I predict that 2013 will be an even better year with the one little caveat that if the economy falls into recession, all betts are off. Fortunately I don't see that actually happening so enjoy a banner year.
