Get Healthy Challenge ~ Breathe fresh air. Oh, the wind chill might be single digits in Erie, PA but dress warm and get outside. (Reminds me of what my mother used to say.)
I debated and debated. Finally I got dressed (boots, hats, gloves, scarf & heavy jacket) and walked to the woods behind my house. And look who I found in the wooods.
