OK! So Where Are All The Baby Boomers Going?

Could this be the next housing BOOM? Or housing Bust?

Lot's of opinions on this one. Many think we'll drag & drain the economy to the ground what with all our ENTITLEMENTS.

But with 6.2 TRILLION DOLLARS to spend before we pass the wand I hardly think that we "BOOMERS" will be the main drain.

Instead I think we "BOOMERS" could be the tip of the next "BOOM" in Real Estate.

Be it "GRANNY FLATS", "CASITAS", "BACKYARD COTTAGES" aka "ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS" (ADU's)

This could be a new BOOM! Not a BUST!

John, the Baby Boomers' might be the driving force behind a boom, but only if the government doesn't drive them out of the country with all the 'baggage' including, higher taxes, out of control government power grabs, an an excess of new regulations.
