- Now that you are starting the process of de cluttering physical items, do the same with negative people in your life.
- To bring movement of energy (Chi) to the front door from outside of your home, simply add a wind chime.
- Be good to you and buy yourself a simple little gift, let that be a book, a nice cup of coffee, show love to self
- Pick one negative habit that you currently have in your life and replace it with a good habit (re-program for 21 days to break the negative cycle with a positive one) It can be simply as "I vow to always be on time to my appointments."
- Call up a good friend or family member you have been meaning to connect with to simply say hello. The thought of that person has been popping up into your mind for a reason. Who knows, you may end up connecting over the weekend with that person to catch up :)
