- Wiring instructions sent to bank on Friday.
- Weekend of Saturday and Sunday.
- President's Day Monday.
- Tuesday confirmation of funds wired.
- Wednesday we closed and recorded in a.m.!
Even though it looks close to a week for the closing, if you consider that title companies are closed weekends, Monday was a national holiday and once again everything was closed, including banks. Tuesday was spent getting additional paperwork signed and processed. Multiple phone calls to all parties to be sure we are in line to close were made. Wednesday morning last minute details were attended to and then it was a go! We closed and recorded.
That quick of a residential close was a record for me! Thankful to the individuals who worked together to get this one done. Whew!
End result: Another happy client with smiles all around!
