2 in 2...and 3 in 5. Referrals that is!
There is nothing more exciting in business than when proper planning and consistency gains positive results! I have received 2 referrals in 2 days and 3 in 5 days. As I have said many times in my Motivational Monday posts, it takes an effective marketing and advertising plan to gain momentum by setting yourself apart but more than that, it is about relationship building.
2 out of 3 referrals were from other real estate agents that I worked with in the past.
One was a call-in from an out-of-area agent that was looking online and decided to give me a try based on what he saw.
