Benicia Ca home values increased in February 2013 over February 2012. In this market report I am excited to report our home values are continuing to go up.
Last February 2012 our local Bay Area Real Estate Information resource* reported 14 homes were sold. The lowest priced home was $66,000 and the highest priced home sold for $575,000. The median price range for this point in time was $270,000.
In February 2013 16 Benicia CA homes were sold with a highest price of $595,000 and the lowest price of $77,000. The median price was $355,000
That is a difference of $85,000 or 31% increase in value for this point in time of February 2012 compared to February 2013.
The bottom line is we are seeing fewer homes on the market. As of today there are 20 homes for sale in Benicia Ca. One is a bank owned property and 3 are short sales. It goes to show us there are regular equity sellers in Benicia who are selling their homes and making money.
