It is special because....every one of them was a Short Sale Seller, who has worked harder than they ever thought they could to be a home buyer this weekend in less than three years and with the introduction of lenders who will help them.
Lenders that think outside the box and are able to look beyond the hard and fast goverment rules to understand that bad things sometimes DO happen to good people. That good people who work hard can and DO rise above the circumstances that they never dreamed they would be in...to awaken from that nightmare and begin to dream again.
The hardships are many....devastating fire, job loss, divorce, serious illness...and more often than not, a combination of those things...and reason for tears....a time to be sad....we have held hands, offered shoulders, shared tears. Anyone who says..."take the emotion out of it"....clearly doesn't get it....If you can, there is a whole lot of being a human that is missing in your life.
