One of the wealthiest areas in Central Maryland, Clarksville remains a very hot property area. Inventory remains low for resale homes, but there is a great deal of new home communities being built. Only 6 homes sold in 21029 in March 2013.
Only one home lasted on the market longer than 20 days.
