In my opinion, the Delray Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell.   The total number of closed sales in Delray Beach, Florida increased this month over February.  Closed sales of single family homes as well as prices of attached housing showed an increase this month over last.  Inventory continues to remains low in many communities.  This phenomenon in Palm Beach County over the past several months is changing our market.  We are now seeing signs of a seller's market emerging.   

 

The chart below is based on information taken from the Multiple Listing Service and sold by various MLS participants. It does not include private sales or mobile homes. It is deemed accurate but not guaranteed or warranted. Here is the breakdown.

As of March 31, 2013 there were 531 Active Listings in Delray Beach. There were 245 properties that were Contingent, meaning they were waiting for a contingency in their contracts to be met, and 216 properties that were Pending waiting to close.

You guys still don't look like you are getting 100% asking price yet here in PSL we are ending all sales in a bidding wars and selling for well over asking.
