The Trossachs Neighborhood, Sammamish WA
Trossachs is a wonderful neighborhood located on the south east side of Sammamish. The Trossachs neighborhood is served by the award winning Issaquah School District and students there would attend Cascade Ridge Elementary, Beaver Lake Middle School and Skyline High School. Views into and around Trossachs are amazing. The Cascade Mountains are just beyond your reach, but on a clear day provide a spectacular backdrop. The parks throughout the neighborhood provide great places for neighbors to gather for play dates, both planned and spontaneous. 
For a bigger adventure, wander back through Soaring Eagle Park or check out the BMX trails in Duthie Hill Park nearby.
Commutes from Trossachs aren’t what you might expect. The Issaquah Highlands Park & Ride is just 11-12 minutes away with direct lines to downtown Bellevue and Seattle. The Microsoft Main Campus in Redmond is about 25-30 minutes away by car and the Microsoft Commuter stops nearby too.
Home prices in Trossachs are on the rise. The few condos listed in Sterling Park have been selling very quickly and regular checks for homes show few available and the ones that come on the market are sold in just a few days.
