Cordelia Home Sales Report:  April 2013April’s Cordelia home sales report for this western Fairfield communityincludes nine sold homes, ranging in price from $228,000 to $481,225.  Seven of the nine were sold in 60 days or less and seven out of nine sold above their listing price, indicators that demand for homes in Cordelia is improving.

Of the nine homes that closed escrow in April, one was a foreclosure, three were short sales, two were standard sales, and three were new construction.
