Friday was an extremely disappointing day for mortgage rates, ending with a 52 basis point worsening.  Lender's throughout the country raised their costs (and/or decreased their credits) 0.375-0.500 across the board. 

This daily mortgage interest rate report is designed to provide Borrowers & Real Estate Profesionals with factual data regarding where rates are at any given time and what trends are propelling current mortgage pricing on any given day. The market closed Friday with a SIGNIFICANT WORSENING to pricing.  Friday's SIGNIFICANT WORSENING netted a change of 52 basis points (bps).
