The highest price sold was $610,000 for 3,452 sf (waterfront);

the lowest price was !17,000 for 496 sf (optional nudist park).

Median price is $105,00 which is $61.78 per square foot. Graph

326 were sold; REOs = 61, Short Sales 47.

Highest sold was $825,000 (4,542 SF) Waterfront

Lowest sold was $10,500 (700 SF)

Median sold was $101,000 ($58.65 per square foot)

95% List to Sold Ratio; 67 Days to contract.

 

Currently Active in Hudson, FL = 272, REO=23, Short Sales=34.

Highest Listed Price is $850,000 for 4,113 sf with 80 acres of nature surrounding it.

Lowest Listed Price is $30,999 for 650 sf.

Median is $149,900 at 1,700 sf.

 

There were more closed sales in 2013 and the number of REOs closed was higher which makes for  less foreclosures on the market.

Toni: This is a very good real estate report for the single family home in Hudson FL market.  There is definitely something for everyone in this market, even those who find wearing clothes too bothersome. ;-)

Anita - we have several clothing-optionsal communties further out in mid Pasco. In a past life, I was the administrator for an engineer, he was the building inspector for the lender on a project for one of those. He was a shy man and always hated going out there.
