Past Anchorage food truck vendors have included Burger Box, Cajin Justice, Fishalicious, Mumbai Thai, Tears from Heaven and Urban Bamboo, just to name a few. This Thursday, July 18th, the Anchorage Food Truck Carnival is proud to present musical entertainment from the lead singer of The Eternal Cowboys, Christopher Daniel Hennig. Last week's opening act, Gimme Gimme Gimme, will also perform this week.
The Anchorage Food Truck Carnival takes place in the spillover parking lot of Chilkoot Charlie's, located at 2345 Spenard Rd in Anchorage.
