My Most Indispensable App

I can think of so many apps that I wanted to write about in this blog, but when it comes down to the nitty gritty, the one app that I really would have a hard time doing without is Top Producer.  This is my contact manager program on my desktop and keeps track of everything in my business.  Within the past year, the folks at Top Producer have designed a mobile interface/access that allows me to access my contacts, schedule and to-do list on my phone.  

If Internet/wi-fi access is down or not available it will work over the cell data connection.  unfortunately, it will not work if there's no connection at all as it needs access to the server.  With Top Producer mobile, I can make and store appointments, enter to do items for the future, check on my listing and closing plans and make modifications if I need to and have access to my complete database of clients and contacts.

I must confess that I (like many others) have a love hate relationship with Top Producer.  It is an immensely powerful program that can handle almost every aspect of one's real estate business.  There are some awesome things it is capable of performing, but it is often difficult or clunky in the way it does these things.

Yet, for all its issues, Top Producer still does the job for me and with this mobile connection, it allows me almost complete access while away from my computer.  Take a look at how it works below.
