Today, looking at the MLS info on our Pasadena Foothill Assn. Realtor, ITECH MLS, following are stats I observed for single family residence (attached/detached) in Altadena, CA:
5 new listings, 5 back up offers, 5 pendings, 9 expired listings.
Pending DOM (days of on market) = 75 days
Pending CDOM (cumulative days on market) = 141 days
Back up offer (DOM) = 35 days
Back up offer (CDOM) = 47 days
3/4/08 - There are 140 Active listings in Altadena (single family residence/attached/detached).
There are many choices for buyers.
