That's some stinky bait!
There are a number of bottom feeders around thinking they will get that one in a million deal. But having no relationship with a dedicated Realtor, their chances are slim to none.
That's some stinky bait!
A potential buyer told me, “Whoever brings me the most ‘smoking deal’ is the one who will write the contract." He must have thought his offer was very alluring and that I was eagerly waiting for such an opportunity!
“Do YOU work for FREE?" I asked. Of course, he answered "NO" but yet, he is willing to put someone else in that position, if allowed. He refused to sign a Buyer/Broker Agreement when asked because:
He was stringing other agents along
Of his blatant disrespect for the industry
He thought a team gains better results
I am glad to live in a small community where REALTORS® look out for each other. I’m thankful another agent called to inform me of the situation. I most likely would have wasted more time, resources and energy.
This is a business, my business, not a game Mr. Potential Buyer. There are others who will take that stinky bait. Not me, I'd rather go fishing and use my own!
