Buddy Kain is in the house! For my first blog I would like to take this time to congratulate Alan D on his retirement!
No one will ever do for Real Estate what he did.
Ok now to the business that is stinking up our business. I am very excited to become part of the most progressive community in Real Estate, it is lonely out there! I have read some posts and found some extremely entertaining posts, some very intelligent people and well....it is my first post!
Can anyone point to a group on AR that "rocks the boat" I love to be challenged in my thinking. I like to think about what Real Estate COULD be like if we were not held hostage by a large organization that covets body count over quality.
I like to think about what the industry would be like if we never had loan brokers, and people still had equity in their homes.
I like to think about what it WILL be like without loan brokers and people working to restore equity to their homes!
Buddy likes to think about real estate conventions were the people that talk actually SELL houses!
So if you can point me in the right direction I would be greatful, until then I will continue to tread water in the tepid cool of calm that is my life!
