In Plymouth, the fall market has set in, to the disadvantage of sellers. There have been only a few sales at or above list price, and even fewer multiple offers, and there are several homes that have had significant price reductions before selling.

Prices are back down after a summer surge. Buyers have several options in every price range. With a pre-approval in hand, prepared buyers should be able to buy the home they want when it comes on the market.

Great market report Brad, buyers and sellers can easily discern the state of the market from that.  Sounds like things are settling down after a busy summer, before you know it, it will be spring and the buyers will come out in droves.

Brad, thanks for posting this report.  It looks like real estate market conditions are progressing as expected in Plymouth Massachusetts as the summer selling season winds down and fall sets in.

I miss sailing around this area too.  Scituate, Plymouth, and the Cape are my first love for sailing. I would expect that the boating season is about over too.
