Avg Days-On-Market: 674

When someone wants to sell a lot or acreage, they can't be in a hurry. It really explains why the ratio is 67%. The number of day on the market for home, much better.

Rebecca, I also find the land & lot category sticking around on the market for a longer time.  I have several unique bluff and hillside lots listed outside of subdivisions...buyers seem to prefer building in established neighborhoods with less site prep to deal with.
