Don't believe everything you read in the newspapers! The prices of homes $250,000 or less have stablized for the moment--with areas on the RISE!!! Inside word is that the banks are holding back inventory--we expect the release soon. Summertime is our high season for Palm Beach County--expect the prices to remain stable during this time. Anyones quess what will happen in the fall (I believe the prices will drop some).

It is like a "minnie" seller's market right now! Love it!!!! Investors are "getting" it, and making offers--buying properties in Palm Beach County are making sense as rentals now.
