If You Use SupraWEB, Here is a Great Tip for Listing Agents

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

I realized in a conversation with another agent a few days ago that some real estate agents don't use SupraWEB to the fullest ability that is provided to them. They make it too hard on themselves to provide buyer feedback to their sellers, so some of them, I imagine, just don't do it. They think it's too time consuming or complicated, when it's really simple.

I wrote a blog for Sacramento real estate agents who list multiple homes about how to obtain buyer feedback from buyer's agents by using SupraWEB. Sometimes I see SUPRAweb spelled this way and sometimes they spell SupraWEB that way, so I'm not sure which way the company intends for us to spell the name, so my apologies to the company if I haven't typed it correctly.

Read more in my personal blog on my business website today about A Tip for Sacramento Listing Agents About Showing Followups. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to use SupraWEB to its fullest ability and to help agents stay in touch with their sellers. Sellers want communication from their agent, and this is one way to provide it.

During the down slide of our market, keeping up with my sellers was painful, but my Managing Broker said that even if I had nothing new to tell the seller, it was important to call or email once a week.  I did that.  And STILL get feedback from the one listing that took forever to sell that I was the best agent she'd ever worked with.  Worked with her twice since then.
