Close to Downtown and Little Italy

The cool thing about this complex is it's just blocks from Downtown San Diego and Little Italy.  You can walk to either one.  On Saturday, Little Italy has a Farmer's Market that is, what I think, the best in San Diego.  Although, if it's crazy cool boutiques you're looking for you can shop almost anywhere downtown.  

If you're a law student, might not be a bad idea to buy one of these lofts.  It sits right across from California Western School of law.  No car required.
