This was one of my favorite holiday posts....I'm not usually that clever so I thought I would post again......
'Twas the night before Christmas and all I could think,
was did you really mean to post a photo of that dirty old sink?
I have buyers that are ready, willing and able to buy
But they want to see photos of the home, not a picture of the sky.
They want all the details before they come take a look,
How about a nice photo of that cozy breakfast nook?
The lovely wood floors look shiny and new,
Do you think you could post maybe a picture or two?
What size are the bedrooms? Is there a really big lot?
A look at that new kitchen would really hit the spot!
My time is valuable and I know yours is too,
So if you help me out here I can save you a few.
Clear photos, room dimensions and details galore
If you give us these things, they will surely want to see more.
So make it easy to see, with few obstructions to show
And I can surely get buyers there, even through snow.
As the New Year is dawning, resolve right now
to help us get our buyers to your listing somehow.
Show us pictures, dimensions and maybe even more;
Perhaps let us preview the house on a broker's tour.
In return we'll bring our qualified buyers and prepare them well;
And if we all work together, we might just get your listing to sell.
Wishing all my readers a Happy Holiday Season and a healthy & prosperous New Year!
