Dear Mr and Mrs Seller and your agent,

Thank you for allowing my clients to view your "cute fixer upper" home!

My Buyers looked at a number of homes in the area but had the most comments about yours.

The many fine amenities that you and your agent mentioned about your home were, shall we say, perhaps puffed up a bit.

The "original" windows and siding comments in your agents listing should have been a warning to the Buyers but since it mentioned a nice green lawn and mature trees, they thought we should stop by.

I know you asked us to remove our shoes, but considering the dirt and debris on the floors, we felt we did not want to disturb the growth pattern of the mold growing near the doorway with our clean socks.

You also requested that we make sure the house was secure when we left and we tried to the best of our ability but the knob is broken and the door is warped. Not sure if it was your pet or perhaps just a wild visitor that went out the window you left open for us.

By the way are you willing to throw in the patio set? It appears to be cleaned on an irregular basis when it rains but we thought of using it in the kitchen to catch the drips in some pots. Can you still get replacement pieces for your asbestos siding?

And the driveway was mentioned to be gravel...is that still true as all we could see was the two tracks in the drive.

Based on the Asking Price, I thought perhaps the home would be completely remodeled already, with 24K gold knobs and Sterling Silver faucets. I do like the hotub and open air bath your agent mentioned as well as!

I know you left us a note saying that you were "selling as is" or maybe doing some repairs but my Buyers want to know if you are selling the whole place or just the lot and taking your Cute Fixer Upper with you?

In closing, my Buyers did buy a home down the street to be built,  for only a few thousands dollars difference in price and it appears that after they move in about 6 months from now...you will be neighbors. They wanted you to know to not worry about bringing over any house warming gifts...alive , inert, or dead.

Instead I will let you know what I think by not showing it again.  I am curious of one thing?
